ACT implements a number of projects & activities in various locations and occasionally procures goods and services both locally and internationally. Contracts for the purchase or rental of services, supplies, equipment and other requirements shall be awarded after competitive bidding or calling of proposals depending on the value of the orders in accordance with the ACT Financial Rules and Regulations.

In order to do business with the ACT, the vendors need to be registered with its roster of vendors. For all the ACT procurement, the Contracts & Procurement Section of ACT at Nairobi headquaters is responsible and interested vendors are encouraged to contact the procurement department and register with its roster.
